Laboratory science

If anyone would like to know if Dr. Bronner's 18-in-1 Hemp Pure-Castile Soap is animal tested or not, the answer is yes. Butters drank about a quarter cup of it this morning (diluted with water, of course!) while I was cleaning the bathroom floor and not paying attention to the bucket. He seems fine - and he smells great!

Dogs!?!?!

So, does this mean if I mix some up and let the dogs drink it, they will smell great too??? Let's face it, good smelling dogs sans the battle of a bath is priceless!

It's possible, though too much, and they may start belching bubbles. Butters seems to have had no ill effects, but ferrets are like wee little tanks, so their personal indestructability may be skewing the results.

I'm pretty sure it's non-toxic.
I used to use it instead of toothpaste.

That's reassuring...I just got home from work, and so I haven't gone upstairs yet to see if Butters went paws-up while I was out today...:)
