Why life is good

So I was driving home from the store tonight, and a song that I liked came on the radio. So I started to rock out - just a little - in my car. And I glance off to my left, and I see the woman in the passenger seat of the car next to mine and she, too, is rocking out. And we catch each other looking, and both of us get huge, stupid grins.

And then they drove onward.

Monkeywrench

That happened to me once. I was driving my rec. dept. minivan around one of the summer's I worked for my town's rec. dept. listening to Monkeywrench, by The Foo Fighters, on the radio. I came to a stop at an intersection just as the song was getting to the part of the bridge that starts with, "One last thing be-fore I quit / I never wanted any more / than I could fit ..." You know, where the lead singer is shouting instead of singing? Anyway, I looked over at the guy in the car next to me and he was totally rocking out hard core to the song. It was awesome.
