I did count, and I totally blow your total away, but for one reason - my name was spelled wrong on the docs (they hyphenated my middle name with my last name), so it kept having to be crossed out and fixed, and I had to initial all of those. So, with *everything*, I had 74. Now, say a bit less than half of those are me initialing my changed name, and it drops down to 40ish, maybe 45 or so. But it actually wasn't too bad, and since the sellers were 40 minutes late to settlement (because their realtor sucked and didn't tell them when it was), I got it all done before they got there.
