kyriotate). Dunno if it actually tastes *better*, but it tastes wholer, which is yummier inherently. If 2% tastes like whole, maybe 1% will taste like 2%. I banish thee, milkfat!
2) House update: mortgage app chugging along, inspection completed and they're fixing what we asked them to. I should get to go in early and take some pics and decide where the computers should go, maybe sometime in the next week or so. Settlement is July 14, so it's sort of like getting a house for my birthday. That doesn't let y'all off the hook for gifts, though. Still approximately 5923 things that could go wrong, but basically...yeah, house. Boggles the mind. I need so much stuff! If I said I was getting married, and had a nice registry, with stuff like Dishwasher and Hatrack on it, and then got all my gifts...and then didn't hold a wedding....think anyone would figure it out?
3) I'ts bloody hot.
4) Yesterday was the Day of Extremely Tiny Mousies. I caught two and set them free out by the stream, and one turned up dead and soaking wet by the tv table. Josh is convinced that Otto slew that one, and it was wet due to being carried around and generally slobbered over by weasels. I myself am not sure, but I can't explain it otherwise.
5) I am trying to learn Chinese via my iRiver, which would be peachy, if Windows Media Player wasn't pissing me off nearly constantly with its refusal to add the lessons as a playlist. It added everything *else* as a playlist, just not the Chinese lessons. How xenophobic are you, WMP? I can't blame the iRiver; it says Made In China right on the back, so it can't be too cross. Ni hao ma, iRiver?
